Real estate has never been just a career for me, it's been my passion, my purpose, and my way of serving others for more than two decades.

Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2002, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate one of life's most significant financial and personal decisions. I believe every client deserves thoughtful guidance, honest advice, and an experience that feels organized, personal, and genuinely caring from beginning to end.

As a longtime Santa Barbara resident and UCSB graduate, I have a deep appreciation for this community and the people who call it home. Whether I'm helping a first-time buyer purchase their first home, preparing a luxury property for market, guiding a family through a trust or estate sale, or helping longtime homeowners transition into their next chapter, I approach every client with the same level of care, preparation, and attention to detail.

One of the aspects of real estate I enjoy most is preparing a home to reach its fullest potential. I have a keen eye for design, presentation, and marketing, and I love helping clients maximize the value of their home through thoughtful improvements, strategic positioning, professional staging, and compelling marketing. Every detail matters. When a home is presented intentionally and tells the right story, it creates stronger buyer interest and, ultimately, better results for my clients.

For the past 25 years, I've had the privilege of partnering with Bill Urbany. Together, we've intentionally built a boutique real estate practice where every client works directly with us. We believe personal relationships, thoughtful strategy, and clear communication create better experiences and better results.

One of the greatest compliments I receive is when clients tell me they felt heard, informed, protected, and cared for throughout the process. That's the experience I strive to create every single day.

Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is my family. My husband, Jacob, and I are raising our two sons here in Santa Barbara, where we're deeply involved in our schools, youth sports, and local community. Giving back has always been important to me, whether through volunteer service, supporting local organizations, or simply helping others during life's important transitions. I believe that caring for people extends far beyond buying and selling homes, and that's a philosophy I carry into every client relationship.

Whether we're meeting for the first time or working together again years later, my goal remains the same: to provide thoughtful representation, expert advice, and the confidence that comes from having someone who truly has your best interests at heart.
