About Bill

For more than 47 years, Bill Urbany has helped buyers and sellers throughout Santa Barbara County with honest advice, thoughtful strategy, and skilled negotiation. A licensed California Real Estate Agent since 1979 and Broker since 1985, Bill has earned Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman's Circle recognition every year since 2002 and has built his business primarily through referrals from past clients, friends, and professional relationships.

Beyond Real Estate

Bill and his wife, Lara, have made Santa Barbara their home, where they raised their family and built lifelong friendships. Outside of real estate, Bill enjoys surfing, shaping surfboards, strength training, yoga, and spending time with family. Surfing for more than 60 years has taught him patience, preparation, perseverance, and humility—qualities he brings to every client relationship.
